At Happytail Puppies, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track its journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
